The way of making potato balls with mozzarella cheese
Ingredients of potato balls with cheese:
- Half a kilo of potatoes.
- Half a cup of mozzarella cheese.
- 2 cloves of garlic.
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley.
- Half a teaspoon of black pepper.
- Half a teaspoon of black pepper.
- Half a tablespoon of cumin
- A cup of oil for frying.
- 2 eggs.
- 3 tablespoons flour.

- Teaspoon salt
How to prepare :
- Peel potatoes and wash them thoroughly with water. Then climb in water with salt, cumin, and black pepper.

- Fry the garlic and mix the mashed potatoes with parsley, garlic, mashed, salt, pepper and cumin well until smooth and become like dough.

- Pour potatoes stuffed with cheese in flour, then in eggs, then figitar.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and heat the potatoes stuffed with mozzarella cheese until golden, and lift it off the fire. Served with rice, salad or something else.
