Method of working grilled blades in the oven
Ingredients of Grilled feathers:
1. kilo of feathers.
2. 2 large onion.
3. 2 tomatoes
4.. 2 green peppers
5. Spoon small meat spice.

how to prepare:
• Wash the feathers thoroughly with water, then soak in salt and vinegar and wash again with water.
• Cut the onion into small cubes and cut the pepper into small cubes.
• Bring a small bowl and add onion, pepper, spices, salt, pepper, cloves, cardamom and lorraine and mix well.
• Put the good feathers in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
