Ingredients of roasted chicken:


  1. Whole chicken uncut.
  2.  2 big onion.
  3.   1 large tomato.
  4.  1 green pepper.

  7.   Teaspoon thyme
  8.  Spoon Rose Mary

  10.  Half teaspoon black pepper.

  12.  1 cup yogurt
  13.   One quarter cup white vinegar.
  14.  2 tbsp lemon juice.
  15.   Piece margarine or butter

How to prepare:


  •     Wash the chicken well with water and then soak the chicken in vinegar, salt and lemon for 1 hour then wash with water again.
