How to make Shawarma Bread

 How to make Shawarma Sandwich

Shawarma Bread Ingredients: 


  1.   2 cups flour.
  2. Half teaspoon instant yeast. 
  3.  2 tbsp oil. 
  4.   Half teaspoon salt. 
  5.    Half teaspoon sugar. 
  6.   cup water for kneading (or as needed) 

How to prepare :



  1.     Mix flour with sugar, salt, yeast and oil, add water gradually and stir. 
  2.  Place the dough for at least half an hour.
  3.  Divide the dough into pieces and then leave until you rest for 10 minute
  4.   Remove the dough on a little flour. 
  5.   Bring a non-stick bowl, put medium heat and bake it  bread in the bowl. 

Components of chicken shawarma:


  1.     Tortilla bread according to family preparation.
  2.  2 chicken breasts. 
  3.  Salt spoon. 
  4.    Spoon of Shawarma Spices. 
  5.   Half teaspoon black pepper. 
  6.  Medium onion. 
  7.    Garlic Sauce (Garlic). 
  8.  Tahini sauce. 
  9.   Chips of cheese. 
  10.  4 tablespoons oil. 
  11.   Lettuce. 

How to prepare : 


  1. Cut the chicken into thin, long strips. 
  2.   Cut onions into thin circles.
  3. Bring a pan, put it on the fire, pour oil, onions, and my heart until the onions are cooked
  4.  Add onion slices, salt, pepper, shawarma, and my heart until the chicks are leveled. 
  5.    Cut the lettuce into longitudinal slices.

  4.   cup of yogurt.
  5.  2 large garlic clove
  6.  Half teaspoon black pepper. 
  7.    Half teaspoon salt. 
  8.    Spoon lemon juice. 

How to prepare : 


  1.     Bring a small pot with starch and water and stir well
  2.  Then put it on a light flame and my heart (like pudding) until it becomes a little thick.
  3.    Remove it from the fire and leave it to cool and then put it in the blender with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
