 Ingredients of potato balls with cheese: 


  1. Half a kilo of potatoes.
  2.  Half a cup of mozzarella cheese.
  3.    2 cloves of garlic.
  4.  2 tbsp chopped parsley.
  5.   Half a teaspoon of black pepper.
  6.  Half a teaspoon of black pepper.
  7. Half a tablespoon of cumin 
  8. A cup of oil for frying.
  9.  2 eggs.
  10.   3 tablespoons flour.
  11.  Half cup of fijouter.
  12.   Teaspoon salt

How to prepare :


  1.             Peel potatoes and wash them thoroughly with water. Then climb in water with salt, cumin, and black pepper.
  2.     After you get the potatoes, take them out of the water and leave them cool, then smooth them with a fork.
  3.      Fry the garlic and mix the mashed potatoes with parsley, garlic, mashed, salt, pepper and cumin well until smooth and become like dough.
  4.    Form the dough in the shape of balls, and hide it inside with mozzarella cheese.
  5.     Pour potatoes stuffed with cheese in flour, then in eggs, then figitar.
  6.      Heat the oil in a frying pan and heat the potatoes stuffed with mozzarella cheese until golden, and lift it off the fire. Served with rice, salad or something else.
